TrainrHub and its content (including text, graphics, logos, design, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Trainer Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, etc.) but grant TrainrHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our Platform.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
"TrainrHub" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Our Platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, mapping services, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@trainrhub.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform may be resolved through binding arbitration in Seattle, Washington, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Note: Some states do not allow mandatory arbitration. Check your state laws.
If arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
